find attached the EU council conclusions concerning "migration flows".
The council didn't really make a decision, news reports mention that
Germany and France blocked any decision concerning a quota system to
replace/add to Dublin II/III.
For the activist agenda however, there is one interesting fact. To
quote: "The European Council will return to asylum and migration issues
in a broader and longer term policy perspective in June 2014, when
strategic guidelines for further legislative and operational planning in
the area of freedom, security and justice will be defined."
So, if we are really serious about building, once again, a strong
european campaign around migration, this is certainly one date we should
keep in our calendars.
