1) For soft skin you can make a simple beauty mask. Take 2 apricots and just a little bit of
olive oil. Mix well and apply the mixture on your face for 15 minutes.
2) The best thing for your hair is lemon juice. Add some lemon juce into the water for
rinsing. At the end your hair will be shiny.
3) Avocado face masks are one of the best and most nutritious masks that you can use on your skin. The fruit is packed with vitamins and unsaturated fats that work wonders on people who have acne as well as sensitive or dry skin. They also help to slow down the aging process making them highly versatile and desirable. Peel the avocado and pick the fruit pulp of half and place in a bowl. Mash the pulp with the help of a fork. If you have dry skin, you can add a teaspoon of honey. If you have oily skin you can also add a teaspoon of lemon juice. Mix the ingredients well and spread the avocado mask obtained on the face and neck, making the massage very gently. Leave the mixture on for ten minutes and then rinse face and neck with warm water. Your skin will be soft and radiant beyond belief.
4) Do you feel old and tired because of your eyes? It is really hard to feel fresh and alert when your eyes are tired and droopy, because of those annoying bags under them. They are a sign of stress and fatigue.
- Go potato: Slice a raw potato (after refrigerating for a couple of minutes) into two and circle the closed eyes gently with those halves. Place it on your eyes so that it also covers the puffed areas under your eyes and leave it like that for 15-20 minutes. You'll notice a tremendous change in those bags as they'll be diminished in size.
- Egg white: Stiffly beat a few egg whites and apply it around your eyes with a brush. It will result in making the area around and under the eye feel tighter and look less puffy. Leave it on for 20 minutes and then rinse your face in cold water.
- Green tea bag: Settle down for 10-15 minutes with a chilled, steeped chamomile or green tea bag over each eye and then relax. The natural properties of these herbal teas will help bring puffy eyes back to their original size.
