Report: One country has already intervened in Syria

As President Obama tries to decide whether the United States should attack Syria, and as the United States and other western countries worry over whether an attack on Bashar al-Assad will tip the war to the rebels, one putative US ally is already interfering on the side of the rebels with boots on the ground.
