From comrade Asa: "As'ad, I know a lot of the Guardian's coverage of Syria has been pretty
open in its sympathies towards the armed rebels in Syria. But this just takes the biscuit. Today, the Guardian posted this Free Syrian Army propaganda video to their front page (it's no longer on the front page, but see attached
screen shot for proof):
If that wasn't bad enough, they misidentify the man who made it as merely an "American film maker" when in fact Matthew VanDyke openly fights with Syrian rebels, as he fought with Libyan rebels. So you have a propaganda film in which one rebel fighter talks to other rebel fighters and all agree: the rebels fighters are great. The Guardian finds this supremely newsworthy.
What a farce. If this guy had took up arms with Palestinian rebels, he'd have been shipped off to Guantanamo long ago."
