Requirements:
National Diploma or equivalent NQF 6 Certificate in Human Resource Management or related field or Matric with 5 yrs experience as Human Resource Management Practitioner. Knowledge and application of relevant Human Resources Legislation / Regulatory Framework, Public Service Act and Regulations. Experience in Persal (Proof of Persal training must be attached). Good interpersonal and Communication (Written and Verbal) emphasis on Report writing. Good planning and organizational skills. Knowledge of Batho Pele Principles, Computer literacy, Problem Solving Skills.

Duties:
Compile and manage reports on a regular basis. Manage the following HR Processes, Recruitment and Selection, Leave (including PILIR), PMDS, Termination and Service Benefits. Give advice, guidance as well as training regarding the applications of Human Resources Administration, procedures, policies and legislations to stakeholders. Writing of submissions and other correspondence, Supervise junior colleagues in terms of PMDS, leave management, discipline and all other relevant aspects.
