Requirements:
A three year qualification in Administration or an NQF level 6 qualification related field with 2 years experience in office and administrative functions environment and/or Grade 12 Certificate with 2 years in office and administrative functions environment. Related administration and procurement courses will be an advantage. Special requirements (skills needed): Knowledge of administration system will be an advantage as well. Computer literacy (Ms Office). Good verbal and communication skills, planning and organizational skills. Must be able to work independently and under pressure.

Duties:
Provide administrative support to the Division. Receive and distribute documents, filing and other general office related work. Typing variety of documents, letters and taking minutes. Engage with relevant service providers. Make travel and accommodation arrangements for the officials. Perform and assist with other general administration matters such as S&T claims and leave. Procurement of goods and services such as maintain stock levels, control stationery for the component. Purchase equipment and furniture. Maintain control over labour saving devices in the offices such as photocopy and fax machines and ensure proper usage and maintenance of these devices.
