Salary: R138 345 per annum (plus competitive benefits)
Requirements:
- A Senior Certificate and Secretarial Diploma or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification
- One-two years experience in rendering a support service to senior management
- Knowledge and experience in general office and provisioning administration
- Basic knowledge of financial management
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, Policies, prescripts and procedures and understanding of Human Resources
- Good communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, planning, organizational and computer skills (Microsoft Office package)
- Ability to act with tact and discretion
- Ability to research and analyze documents and situations
- Shortlisted candidates will be subjected to in basket exercise.
Duties:
- Provide a secretarial / receptionist support services to the Director
- Rendering administrative support services
- Provide support to Director regarding Meetings
- Supports the manager with the administration of the Director’s budget
- Maintain filing system.
