Salary: R495 603- R583 800 per annum. The successful candidate will be required to sign a performance agreement.

Requirements:
A Degree in Statistics or equivalent qualification; 3 years experience in Statistical Analysis with 3 years management experience; Knowledge of at least one Statistical packages such as STATA,SPSS,SAS; Experience in data analysis, data modelling, data warehousing and database design, knowledge of data mining and integration; A valid driver’s license. Skills and Competencies: SAS/STATA/SPSS; Computer literacy; Communication skills (verbal & written); Interpersonal relations and human relations skills; Organizational and analytical skills; Numerical skills (financial planning); Ability to work under pressure.

Duties:
Key Performance Areas: Provide management information to support strategic and management process; Develop tools and products for the continuous monitoring and evaluation for Office of the Chief Justice (OCJ) strategy and courts performance; Compile technical reports Develop sample and also estimation and interpretation of results Render an advisory services to the OCJ and courts; Manage the data analysis, interpretation and reporting process.
