Requirements:
A Senior Certificate / Grade 12 with related experience PLUS the following key competencies:
- Knowledge of: Knowledge and procedure of ensuring motor vehicle is maintained properly; Knowledge of Parliamentary processes; Knowledge of log logbook; Advanced driving; Departmental transport; Policy and prescripts and Operating course equipment.
- Skills: Problem solving; Decision making; Planning; Good communication skills; Basic numeric and literacy skills; Driving Skills.
- Communication: Good listener
- Creativity.
- Ability to work under Pressure.
- Friendliness.
Duties:
- Transport the Director General and employees in the office of the Director-General
- Provide general administrative support e.g. assist with filling and reception duties
- Provide document manage services
- Provide courier and delivery services within and outside the department for the Office of the Director-General
- Liaison with the Parliamentary and Cabinet secretariat Recommendation
