Mobilization against the National Interprofessional Agreement (Ani) was not up to the
attack on the business, supported by the reformist unions and materialized by the
government. ---- The national agreement "ins?curisation of employment" in favor of
employers, just go to the parliament for adoption. On 9 April, the day of voting in the
National Assembly, the CGT, Partners, FSU, FO called for several events throughout France.
With very few calls to strike, or more than minority, the second day was unfortunately
less than that of April 5. If other initiatives have taken place, as on April 17 before
the Senate, they were more symbolic than substantial. This low mobilization on the ground
in terms of construction of balance of power, however, is not synonymous with support
employee-es to the agreement, on the contrary. But the complexity of the law makes the
fight more difficult.
Some unions, but also various militant networks, supported by political organizations,
have been busy trying to explain concretely the dangers of Ani.
The technicality of the agreement blurs issues
Many and varied arguments, leaflets and national companies, uses video, national petition,
media forums ... and yet, many employee-es do not necessarily decrypted issues or
consequences they would face-and they're thereafter. While Ani only broadens significantly
the gaps of a labor code already for a number of social decline, he blackmailed the

debates. If the role of the works council (EC) or the Occupational Health and Safety

Solidarity and CGT led a real work of popular education decryption of the consequences of
the agreement, even though FO trying to hold positions balancing by signing similar

workers' solidarity against the bosses.
