Coronation Street Blog readers have voted Rita and Mavis as their favourite Kabin double act. 243 voted and 150 (61.73%) voted for Reet and Mave, who stood behind the counter between 1973 and 1997. 93 (38.27%) voted for Rita and Norris, who have been behind the counter together since 1999.

While I love Rita and Mavis' partnership, I voted for Rita and Norris because they have had some fantastic comedy scenes and stories. But I do feel that the partnership has lost its way since 2007 when Norris proposed to Rita. They had a strong friendship and I think that the fact that Norris declared his love for Rita ruined that. Do you agree?
