Action-days for Freedom of movement in Tunis between 5th and 7th of
September 2013
At 6th of September 2012 a boat with 135 harragas capsized very close
to the rocks of Lampione near Lampedusa. Although observed and known
by tunesian and italian borderguards and although SOS was sended, the
resuce-operations started only with much delay. Finally 79 men, women
and children died or disappeared.
The incident is the consequence of a borderregime, which caused
thousands of death and disapperaence within last years all around the
European Union because of its restrictive and exclusive Visa-System.
The EU-migration policy is characterized by militarized controls, by
(illegal) push-backs, by detention and deportation of refugees and
migrants. Searching for a secure life and a better income is
criminalized by the goverments of the same richer countries, which
are responsible for an injust world and which profit by the permanent
exploitation, by cheap raw-materials and by very low wages in the
global south.
For the anniversary of the death and disappearance of the 79
boatpeople at Lampione we call for a transnational protest in Tunis
around the 6th of September 2013.
We are sad. We are angry. We want change!
The border is the problem... and we demand the immediate abolishment
of the deathly Visa-regime of the European Union. To the tunesian
government we demand to cancel all agreements with EU to become a new
watchdog of migration-control. We are struggling for a world without
borders and for freedom of movement for everybody. In particular we
support all boatpeople, all Harragas, who try to take their right.
The revolution in Tunesia was made for dignity and freedom, including
the freedom to travel. The earth is for all!
We call and invite to come to Tunis between 5th and 7th of September
for transnational activities. The three days of actions will include
protests in front of european embassies and a commemoration. We plan
for public interventions and a stage in the city center for a
political and cultural program for freedom of movement.

Journée d'action pour la Liberté de circulation du 5 au 7 septembre
2013
Le 6 septembre 2012, un bateau avec 135 harragas a chaviré près des
rochers de Lampione à côté de Lampedusa. Bien que le drame ait
été repéré par les garde-côtes tunisiens et italiens, les
opérations de sauvetage ont débuté avec un grand retard. 79
personnes - hommes, femmes et enfants - ont disparu.
Cet accident est la conséquence du régime des frontières qui est
responsable de milliers de décès et de disparitions ces dernières
années, dans toute l'Union Européenne en raison du système de visa
restrictif et exclusif. La politique européenne de l'Union
Européenne se caractérise par des contrôles militarisés, des
refoulements (illégaux), par la détention et l'expulsions de
réfugiés et de migrants. La recherche d'une vie avec plus de
sécurité et d'un meilleur revenu est criminalisée par ces mêmes
gouvernements de pays riches qui sont responsables d'un monde injuste
et tirent profit de cette exploitation permanente des matières
premières bon marché et des salaires très bas dans les pays du Sud.
Pour marquer l'anniversaire de la mort et de la disparition des 79
boatpeople à Lampione, nous appelons à une manifestation
transnationale à Tunis autour du 6 septembre 2013.
Nous sommes tristes. Nous sommes en colère. Nous voulons que cela
change !
C'est la frontière qui pose problème... et nous exigeons l'abolition
immédiate du régime de visas mortel de l'Union européenne. Au
gouvernement tunisien, nous demandons l'annulation de tous les
accords avec l'Union Européene qui devient le nouveau chien de garde
des contrôles migratoires. Nous luttons pour un monde sans
frontières et pour la liberté de circulation pour tous. Nous
soutenons plus particulièrement tous les boatpeople, tous les
harragas qui essaient de faire valoir leurs droits.
La Révolution en Tunisie a été faite pour faire valoir la dignité
et la liberté, y compris la liberté de voyager. La Terre est à tout
le monde ! Nous appelons et invitons tous ceux qui le souhaitent à
venir à Tunis entre le 5 et le 7 septembre pour participer à des
activités transnationales. Les trois journées d'actions comprendront
des manifestations devant les ambassades européennes et une
commémoration. Nous prévoyons des interventions publiques et une
étape dans le c e ntre-ville pour un programme politique et culturel
autour de la liberté de circulation.

الحدود هي المشكل... أيّام عمل من أجل
حرية التنقّل من 5 الى 7 سبتمبر 2013
في 6 سبتمبر 2012، انقلب قارب على متنه 135
حراقا قرب صخور لامبيوني بالقرب من
لامبيدوزا. بالرغم من أنّ المأساة تمّت
ملاحظتها من قبل خفر السواحل التونسية
و الايطالية، الا أنّ عمليّات الانقاذ
انطلقت بتأخير كبير. 79 شخصا، رجال و
نساء و أطفال أصبحوا في عداد المفقودين.
هذا الحادث نتيجة لنظام الحدود الذي
تسبّب بمئات القتلى و المفقودين في
السّنوات الماضية، في كامل الاتحاد
الأوروبي بسبب نظام التأشيرات
التقييدية و الاقصائيّة. تتميّز
السياسة الأوروبيّة برقابة عسكريّة،
اعادة قسريّة غير قانونيّة،
الاعتقالات و ترحيل اللاجئين و
المهاجرين. البحث عن حياة أكثر أمانا و
مدخول أفضل يقع تجريمهم من قبل حكومات
الدّول الغنيّة المسؤولة عن عالم غير
عادل و تستفيد من هذا الاستغلال
الدّائم للمواد الأوّلية الغير مكلفة و
الأجور الزّهيدة ببلدان الجنوب.

لامبيوني، ندعو الى تظاهرة عابرة
للحدود في تونس في 6 سبتمبر 2013.
نشعر بالحزن، نحن غاضبون، نريد أن
يتغيّر هذا !
الحدود هي المشكل... نحن نطالب بالالغاء
الفوري لنظام التّأشيرات القاتل
للاتحاد الأوروبي. نطالب الحكومة
التونسيّة، التي أصبحت كلب الحراسة
الجديد لمراقبة الهجرة، بالغاء كل
الاتفاقيات مع الاتحاد الأوروبي. نحن
نناضل من أجل عالم بلا حدود و من أجل
حرّية التنقّل للجميع. نحن نساند خاصّة
المهاجرين و الحراقة الذّين يحاولون
المطالبة بحقوقهم.
قامت الثورة التونسية على أساس الكرامة
و الحرّية، بما في ذلك حرية السّفر و
التنقل. الأرض ملك للجميع. ندعو كلّ
الذّين يريدون القدوم الى تونس من 5 الى
7 سبتمبر للمشاركة في الأنشطة. الأيّام
الثلاث تتكون من مظاهرات أمام السفارات
الأوروبية و احياء ذكرى. نتوقّع
مداخلات عامّة و برنامجا في وسط
المدينة من أجل برنامج سياسي و ثقافي
حول حرية التنقّل.
