Breaking: Congress holding up aid to Syrian rebels

Reuters is reporting that both houses of Congress are holding up aid to Syrian rebels out of fear that the aid will fall into the hands of Islamists.

Both the Senate and House of Representatives intelligence committees
have expressed reservations behind closed doors at the effort by
President Barack Obama's administration to support the insurgents by
sending them military hardware.
