A Syrian rebel who was brought to Ziv Hospital in Safed for treatment showed up with a note from his Syrian doctors pinned to his chest (Hat Tip: Mrs. Carl).

A Syrian injured in the ongoing Syrian civil war was taken from
treatment at Ziv Hospital in Tzfat. This marks the first time since
Israel began accepting wounded Syrians that a patient had been
previously treated at a Syrian hospital
