Report: US Ambassador who blamed Israel for Muslim anti-Semitism solicited minor prostitutes

I am sure that many of you remember Howard Gutman, the US Ambassador to Belgium who blamed Israel for Muslim anti-Semitism (video here). We now discover that Ambassador Gutman has problems controlling other parts of his body aside from his mouth. He's allegedly been soliciting prostitutes, including minors (Hat Tip: Weasel Zippers via Bad Blue).
