The weather has been wonderful for long walks. Kane has been enjoying a late morning walk this week with the sun shining and cooler temperatures. Sue and I have been back to our 5k walks and I am already feeling a difference in my energy.
Oh boy, it was windy on the back bridge. We added a bit more distance today so it was actually 5.26 km which used up 285 calories. Now, if I can just stay away from those banana muffins.
Time for some nana bragging...
Some time was spent with the grandittles this week.
Bradley is growing so fast and boy, is he on the move. Not walking yet but gettin' where he needs to go. He kills me with his smile.
Riley is so funny to listen to. She goes on and on about her and her girlfriends
They love their Gramps, too.
They are simply the greatest grandkids.
