Requirements:
A recognised three-year Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification with an appropriate major subject, such as History, Public Administration or Information Management. A relevant post-graduate qualification, such as Archival Studies, would be a recommendation. One year working experience in the National Archives Repository or Information Systems. Proven research aptitude and knowledge of research methodologies. Proven aptitude for conceptual and analytical thinking coupled with detail orientation. Good communication (both verbal and writing) and interpersonal skills essential.
Duties:
Appraise records. Investigate and comment on records classification systems. Carry out and report on Inspections. Filling. Train records managers. Render administrative support in connection with internal records management tasks.
Note:
An aptitude test will be conducted during the selection process.
