Requirements:
Grade 12 certificate with 1 - 2 years experience in Office Management with advanced computer literacy skills (Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint and SAP). A valid driver’s licence, Ability in sign language will be an added advantage. Good communication skills (verbal and written), good interpersonal relations and telephone etiquette. Ability to work independently and under pressure, Ability to be able to maintain confidentiality.
Duties:
Compilation and typing of letters, reports and submissions to relevant stakeholders. Render administrative support by means of preparation of presentations. Responsible for documents control and management (i.e. filing system, registers, etc.). Provide driving services for the Deputy Director. Keep track of tasks. Ensure that submissions are in compliance with the format, task directives and instructions. The successful candidate will have to undergo driving evaluation.
