Report: Fayyad tenders resignation

Reuters is reporting that 'Palestinian' Prime Minister Salam Fayyad tendered his resignation on Wednesday, and 'moderate' 'Palestinian' President Mahmoud Abbas Abu Mazen seems likely to accept it on Thursday.
