Requirements:
A three-year Bachelor’s degree / diploma or equivalent qualification with appropriate experience in performance management and development system (PMDS).

Duties:
The successful candidate will perform the following duties:
- Develop and review policies and systems related to the Performance Management and Development Systems (PMDS)
- Facilitate the establishment and monitoring of the Performance Management cycle within the Department
- Provide advice and support to the Department in the implementation of policies and frameworks on PMDS
- Render an advisory service to the branches and moderating committee
- Manage the decision-making structures on performance management and application of relevant incentives schemes
- Provide reports and ensure compliance on the implementation of the system
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the system
- Conduct research into best practices and trends in the area of performance management and development.
