Salary: R464 919 - R547 656 per annum (All inclusive). The successful candidate will be required to sign a performance agreement.

Requirements:
3 years Bachelor’s degree in Commerce; 3 years experience in corporate reporting, monitoring and evaluation or performance auditing; Experience in performance auditing with the Auditor-General of South Africa is highly recommended; 3 years management/supervisory experience; Knowledge and understanding of government policies on monitoring and evaluation. Skills and Competencies: Strategic thinker with ability to function in complex and diverse environments; Computer literacy; Communication skills (written and verbal); Coordination and report writing; Excellent numeric skills; Innovative and creative; Presentation and facilitation skills; Ability to interact effectively with people and senior management level.
Duties:
Key Performance Areas: Develop and review policies to ensure proper alignment with legislative framework; Develop unit procedures for corporate performance monitoring, evaluation and ensure compliance; Develop processes and strategies that will eliminate audit queries in performance information: Prepare statutory quarterly and annual corporate performance reports: Provide effective people management
