Administrative Officer: Supply Chain Management (Reference C/17/13)

Salary: R170 799 + 37% = R 233 994.63 per annum.
The successful candidate will be required to sign a performance agreement.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree / Three (3) year National Diploma in financial management/supply chain management or relevant equivalent qualification; At least one (1) year experience in a Supply Chain Management environment; Knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act, 1999 (PFMA), National Treasury Regulations and Supply Chain Management Policies and Procedures; Valid driver’s licence.
The following will serve as recommendations: Experience Supply Chain Management; Experience in Asset Management; Experience on the Justice Yellow Pages System (JYP). Skills and Competencies: Computer literacy; Communication skills (written and verbal); Planning and organizing; Ability to work under pressure and be self- motivated; Accuracy and attention to detail.

Duties:
Key Performance Areas: Perform asset verification in the Regional Office; Managing the store in the Regional Office; Keeping and updating the lease register for the Region; Processing complaint requests for purchase orders; Consolidate and submission of commitments, accruals, and leases for the interim and annual financial statements; Keeping records of RFQ requests and approval; Supervision of staff; Perform any other duties as requested.
