It’s Monday! What Are You Reading, is where we gather to share what we have read this past week and what we plan to read this week. It is a great way to network with other bloggers, see some wonderful blogs, and put new titles on your reading list.
I got a lot of reading done this week considering that I was going to bed before 9 PM all week because the cold I managed to catch was sapping all my energy. I am feeling much better now and eager to do some more reading.
I spent the day filling out my blogging calendars to slot in all the books on my review spreadsheet. I do this a couple times a month because new review books don't always add themselves neatly to the end of the stack. I really do try to read a book near its publication date but sometimes I don't receive a book until after it is published or receive too many that will be published the same day. March 12 and April 30 are apparently days when lots of books I want to read are being released.
Here is what I read last week. All of them are review books which is not unusual but all of them are young adult books which is.
I am currently reading Seven Kinds of Hell by Dana Cameron and am loving this adult urban fantasy title. I love shifter books and have always loved archaeology. This book combines both and has a heroine who is very realistic. It will be released on March 12.

Finn Finnegan by Darby Karchut is her middle grade debut. I liked the strong relationship between Finn and his Master Gideon and I liked the emphasis on Irish myth. My review will be posted on March 6 for this March 12 release.
The Runaway King by Jennifer A. Nielsen is the sequel to The False Prince. This heroic fantasy was a story filled with adventure. I like the main character who is brave, stubborn, and very tricky. My review is here.
Unremembered by Jessica Brody was an entertaining story. I liked that it was science fiction which I feel is an underrepresented genre for young adults. I didn't think the romance was as successful as the science fiction though. My review is here for this March 5 release.
Strands of Bronze and Gold by Jane Nickerson was a reimagining of the Bluebeard fairy tale set in pre-Civil War Mississippi. It was very atmospheric and filled with all sorts of gothic elements. I loved the main character who was a realistic combination of dreamer and practical heroine. My review will be posted on March 7 for this March 12 release.

The Best Man by Kristan Higgins is a contemporary romance. It was released on Feb. 26. I need to have my review posted by March 14 for the blog tour.
Six Years by Harlan Coben is a thriller. It will be released on March 19.
Hysteria by Megan Miranda was released on Feb. 5 but my stop on this young adult book's tour is March 14.
Poison by Bridget Zinn is one of my March 12 releases. I got this young adult fantasy from NetGalley because I thought it sounded good.
