EDUCATE, ORGANIZE, EMANCIPATE! ---- We reiterate that no violence will be tolerated in the
anarchist milieu. ---- So aquelxs who are more oprimidxs xs and exploradxs (if making
victim) to attack outrxs oprimidxs and exploradxs not be well-vindxs. ---- The day's
fighting DXS trabalhadorxs is very important because it reminds the organization of
oper?rixs searching for your claim, both against an employer sexist patriarchal, very
arrogant, as companheirxs oprimidxs but as for being a different genre, feel todxs owners
and leaders. In our environment, we condemn such action and nenhumx companheirx is more
than xs outrxs. ---- The date marks symbolically the union's struggle for emancipation,
not only economically, as in other areas where we have a lot of oppression and
exploitation in the framework as sexual, gender, culture, family, etc..

Importantly: anarchism never proposed a break only economic or political, has always been
marked by a proposed amplitude in all spheres of human relations.
So is reprehensible that we still have companheirxs not understand that and try to control
and partidarizar anarchism and promote divisions and more divisions instead of uniting the
different struggles that form the cadeilosc?pio anarchist.

Union among us, fighting xs senhorxs!!
Our emancipation is our work and nobody else!!
See you on the streets!!

Practice Libertarian p4

This material is further
contribution to construction of
libertarian socialism, through our
practical day-to-day. Assist axs
companheirxs in times of
organization, which still lack
a daily practice and continuous.

Use it as a reference in the fight,
adapt it to local needs.

Building the libertarian socialism
through non-authoritarian practices!

The Popular Movements P4

The oppressed and exploited classes
to unite, move.
The motivations for mobilization
born of the needs of the population.
Mobilization of these classes happen
for various reasons, leaving
interpret these reasons and present
them clearly, which leads to
participate. It is necessary discernment
for this, since we can raise
elements strangers or unfamiliar
their realities, leading to
unfavorable consequences.
Once mobilize is
necessary think the organization.
Invariably mobilization is
sporadic, spontaneous and temporary,
the organization does not need to be.
Organizing is forming a structure
coordinated, where the tasks undertaken
are conducted in a horizontal and
gives the face of the movement.

To do this:
a) Commitment to Action DXS
companheirxs to the movement and
your organization.
b) the conditions for this to happen
(Outline objectives, goals and how to achieve
them), either slow or gradual
abruptly, as shown.

Studies requirements P5

The study is the need
understanding of social problems
local needs. It
identifying whether it is isolated or is similar
or is related to other places.

Its purpose is to generate
knowledge of the region where we live,
guides which can act where
start and how our actions and interact
our movement.

Suggested Study: Class
social area; geopolitical profile (ethnicity,
gender, partisan influences,
religious assistencialismos); situation
overall exploitation and oppression (rounds
police killings, militias, traffic,
unemployment, the right forces, forces
left, etc.); identifying agents
causing misery location (names
identifiable, nothing much beyond that
If companies, factories, families
influential, merchants, farmers,
etc.), problems faced in the region;
public activities (leisure, sports,
occupations); history and struggles involved
these struggles, struggles references;
spirit to fight, beliefs, culture
predominant; taboos; schooling;
possible "allies".

With this material, it is possible
May understanding of the region and
develop our actions according to
local needs. It should not be
put aside the struggles and national
International however, but
developing them from bottom to top.

No local action, there is no critical
global.

The Living P5

Knowing the reality is keep
in our class, living daily, their
problems, their joys. No
no insertion process by this
Indeed, we are not getting anything.
Nenhumx companheirx sincerx
abandons the fight of his region, where
his family lives and where the case
struggles to make it somewhere else, it is
an error. It is important to interact
nossxs with pr?ximxs with nossxs
irm?xs class.

Formulation of Proposals P6

The population can not be
aware of the problems we have, but
know the difficulties they have.
Understand that lack (although in
often not the why, and the why
cause and who are the culprits
applicable), which causes problems for
organize. Not knowing who or against
what fight, not rising, not fight. There
always a need to train
concrete proposals to resolve
immediate problems (health, education,
transportation, housing, economic) and the
from them is that we grouped our
class for the fight. It is necessary
the proposed work that is efficient
and acceptable for our class, this
aspect, we can highlight:

-Concrete: connected directly to
problem of our class;
-Understandable: our class
need to understand what is proposed and
so accept it and defend it, without
clarity, then it is abandoned or
discarded

-Fair: it has to be done in
timely nor well before
or even after a significant event.

For its preparation, we
consider the reality and
possibilities for their realization in
time.

The P6 Planning

Along with the proposal, accompanies
ways to implement it, usually in 5
parts:

-Set goals: what is
want, and how to achieve what
(Short, medium and long term);

-Define the activities and seek
means: according to the objectives, which
you need to realize it and also the
means of its effectuation:
adequate logistics, funding and disclosure
and where to get it. To list
priorities, meet the most
important (not the most urgent)
having as essential to the movement;

-Define the tasks and
responsible: the end of the item
above, it is necessary to distribute the
responsibilities for its implementation
as the tasks to be done,
distributed chronologically,
avoiding overload on some
others, it is necessary that all
assume tasks involved;

-Set goals and time:
predicting the targets and the time to
get them. Avoid bold targets
too, almost unrealistic or otherwise,

timid and without emphasis on
participants. Always balance the
Task, to avoid overloading or
idleness;

-Provide ongoing assessments:
during the process, assess the progress
activities and possible correction
fault (s initiative to @).

The Mobilization P7

To establish itself as a force
social mobilization must have a
durable character.

Our class grows increasingly
becomes more conscious with a practice
mobilization continues.

Mobilizations are specific acts that
aim to prepare, inform and educate the
structures for various direct actions
(Peaceful or not). Mobilize is preparing
mates, aware,
explaining, lecturing, presenting
movies, music and other features that
aim to keep our class attentive and
ready in a given
fact relevant to our class.

This qualifies our class,
organizing their struggle and attract industries and
undecided individuals. The strength of our
class is in its ability to
mobilize and this is due to its
ability to organize, the more
organized, and mobilized more
ready for concrete answers to
challenges of fighting. Mobilizations not
should be distant from each other.
The more the people are mobilized, more
learn to participate in activities
class, collective. Mobilizations
need, always possible, bring
stimuli involved in order to
increase membership and ever more
participation of the acts, events and
mobilizations.

Workers Chronic P8

Herbert Spencer, referring to certain workers unions, said in an article of his
books "There is not a single trace of selfless spirit in whose name the socialism
should be spread ..."

And so we think, also, there are days, reflecting on what, in Porto Alegre, are
called advertisement for the welfare and the emancipation of the proletariat.
Circumstances of domestic origin had driven us to a walk to the ?Navegantes?,
before the break-down. It was, this, in one of this last Siberian mornings in which
June requires that we remember him. So low was the temperature, that death, for
her, would come down, to imprison, frozen, the night owl sleeping in the open and
away from police view.

We returned at 6-thirty in the morning, the temperature was almost the same as
2 hours before. We shivered with cold. In the departure, we found only 4
miserable policemen, by horse and wearing ponchos, as black specters, of
undecided contours, in the dense fog in the morning; in the return, however, the
aspect of the streets changed, despite the fog and cold being cruelly intense.

We came moving through a few of those roads of the ?Navegantes?, incomplete
and bordered, from time to time, by low buildings, of modest construction, and
which was given by someone the proud name of avenues of great cities. Earlier,
there dominated the loneliness; there were shrouded in the half darkness late in
the morning, something of awful in the silence that the walker broke, slightly,
with the sound of his footsteps on the macadamized path. In the return followed
by the same avenues that we were walking, men, women and children, almost
everyone rushed to react against the cold temperature, covered - some in coats
and ponchos, others in shawls or blankets, or just with the head protected by
neckerchiefs or little knitted shawls, of cotton or wool, tied under the chin.
They were workers marching to work in the workshops.

To see adults in the way for labor, albeit in a sharp inclemence of a winter
morning, hadn?t brought us strange feeling. Because the man is structured for the
stronger struggles, he has to keep the hardest part of the "struggle for life", we
know it from experience.

But, seeing the subject children and women, in our land crudities equal to that,
caused us the most painful of the impressions! Probably the good souls that exist
in Porto Alegre ignore that, here, the need for the quotidian work flagellates the
life of poor boys and girls, of unhappy maidens, of mothers, wives or widows,
throwing them all into the slavery of the inhuman regulations of certain
manufacturing plants, as is the case in the major industrial countries, where
population density and the accumulation of huge fortunes in the hands of a few
individuals turn them into almost starving irrational beings, without-luck, in the
greed of the essential completion of the means of subsistence ...

In the country in which we live, as in all, after all, the man fights in the fiercest
fights, for the conquest of bread; that in these ones suffer all the sufferings of the
life, all effects related to the descent, which has and defends, about the other sex -
of course. However, here - where the intensity of industrial competition doesn?t
have the character that exists in Europe, the United States, even in Australia and
parts of South America - children and women find themselves in the painful
contingency to leave home, in the time when the darkness is reluctant to cede
space "al albor", to be demoted to harsh conditions imposed by the greed of large
and small "Shylocks", is something unreasonable, and painfully moving.

Those women and those children who got up early went to the factories of corsets,
socks, ties, cloth, etc.., toil, in exchange for a salary.

In some of these establishments, the first whistle of the machine, calling the
people to the service, had already shrilled. And, of course, many of those workers,
adult or not, broaden the steps in order to win, briefly, the distance between their
homes and factories where they?d work, since, if they get 2 or 3 minutes after the
time of entry, they would lose at least half a day's work, and, therefore, had to
return home.

- But there may be compensation to the sacrifice they make, as workers - will
think the reader.

- Yes, maybe ? we will say - if it is compensation, what the salary, as a rule, they
receive, and that varies from 300 to 1500 reis per day. There are, of course, some
who earn more than this, because come to get a salary of $ 4, but are very few -
about 20, if any, among the hundreds of factory workers who are in Porto Alegre.
And to make it so, must compete in their favor different circumstances.
But it?s not all. There are monetary fines in the factories. If the worker talks with
another without it being subject of the service; if anyone makes a mistake, though
minor, at work; if anyone doesn?t tolerate a warning, and replicates, pays the fault
with fines, ranging from 200 reis to 2$ in several establishments, and in others,
they rise higher amount.

Faced with such things, it is understandable why many, many poor girls prefer to
sew, in the machine, at home, day and night, for a little bit of food, to shops of
clothes made, or tire themselves as ?engomadeiras? (a woman who starches and
irons clothes), than gain employment in factories.

In any case, it is part of the sad things that a poor woman, single or widowed, to
fend for themselves and, sometimes, the daughters or younger sisters, stood as
she was helpless, and has to go through such martyrs.

And it suffers the same impression that this causes to see, as we saw, for one of
these last frigid mornings, the plumbous sky and the strong fog, unhappy
children - boys and girls with the face flushed with the cold, hiding their hands
under the armpits, clattering the teeth, huddled, shivering, on the way to the
factories, where if they arrived on time regulation requires, they would earn at
the end of the day, a meager pennies, by way of salary.

Noting that child, it seemed to us to see, plus, a flock of lambs, which collected by
the storm, unaware of the instinct fled to a landing where they would be shorn ...
They were, in fact, very similar to this, the groups of those little innocent.
There is, in Porto Alegre, a few workers' associations that operate according to its
statutes, to care the general interests of the class.

And why they leave in the helplessness the interests of poor women and children
workers?

The truth is striking at this point they suffer more than men workers.
What is the cause of the helplessness that the worker men leave that portion of
its weakest class?

Is it forgetfulness or male selfishness?

Whatever the cause, the reality is that, in view of the conditions in which are
women and children workers, the impartial observer that judge the actions of
workers associated of Porto Alegre may well believe that censorship inflicted by
the famous English philosopher doesn?t matter to the "trade unions" of the British
land ...
