Echo Park Improvement Association: City Council Candidate Forum, Thurs Feb 7, 2013

Photo: Diane Edwardson, 2010.  Neighbors on the Echo Park side of the 2 Freeway will be sorely disappointed when CalTrans cuts down all the trees on both sides of the 2 Freeway between Oak Glen & Rosebud and builds a sound wall.  The Silver Lake side* will look extra special from the Echo Park side since the sound wall will sit atop the existing retaining wall north of Oak Glen.
