The 'human rights council' backs down

In the face of Israel's absolute refusal to show up for its universal periodic review, the United Nations 'human rights council' decided to save face by 'postponing' the review to 'no later than November 2013.'

The council called on Israel to cooperate with the council on the UPR.
It asked its President Remigiusz Henczel to encouraged Israel’s
participation in the human rights review.
