In his own words: Yair Lapid on Haredim

Here's a lecture that Yair Lapid, the big winner in Tuesday's election, gave at the Haredi branch of the college at Kiryat Ono (which includes the country's only Haredi law school) in 2012. It gives lots of hints as to how Lapid relates and will relate to the Haredi world.
