One weekend a month, a Commission-Journal (CJ), is organized in a different city to 
prepare for the next number. can attend the supporter-e-s interested-e-s as well as
activists-e-s OCL of the town issue and that-s representative of other groups in the OCL. 
Each CJ's task of criticizing the previous issue, discuss items proposed by People present 
or not to suscter other based on eventments and wishes expressed by groups or 
individual-e-s. in Furthermore, each begins with a CJ discussion on a topic, thereby 
making d?csions concerning the activities of OCL, if necessary. The group organizer writes 
immediately CJ after a report poltique the most accurate and technical possible, then, for 
both coming weeks, monitors what has been decided for the newspaper (links, contacts, 
etc..) and he that the writing according to the editorial discussion in CJ or events that 
occur after.
