Montpellier - Another Future ---- October 21, 2010, as part of the intensification of the 
fight against the destruction of pensions, collective inter against pension reform, has

violence and blockades "he says synonymous of "denial of democracy and the republican 
pact". And government spokesman asserted that he "will not leave the country by blocking 
the picket lines."

During this action, leaflets were disseminated to inform and mobilize the unemployed as 
employee-es of P?le Emploi. The discussions helped to establish contacts.

It was later decided to go into manifestation on the Avenue de Toulouse. After 5 minutes 
and after about 300 meters, all of a sudden (without any warning) at least two cars of the 
Police swooped on the motorcade. Simultaneously, several officers of the Anti-Crime 
Brigade (BAC) violently charged the demonstrators distributing batons. The police arrested 
and put in custody five people in total. Among them, Giorgos, unionist CNT militant 
Coordination of Anarchist Groups participating in the social movement against pension 
reform, was arrested. No charges have been filed following the action. 4 people arrested 
with Giorgos were released without prosecution. It would have been the same if Giorgos had 
agreed to submit to DNA sampling. The "crime" is punishable by one year in prison and 
15,000 euros fine. His opposition to social control, is translated here by a refusal to

September 22, 2011, the court sentenced him to one month suspended prison sentence, not
