Car Sales UK: 2012

The UK had a solid increase of 5.3%, in a depressed continent of car sales. Some unusual things happened in December. Vauxhall (16,272) was the leader over Ford (15,656) as it was last year, but not for the full year by some margin. BMW was third in December (10,175 sales) while Audi (4,786) was 7th. This enabled BMW to pass Audi on the full year sales chart. VW (9,651) sold less than BMW!
