Bulgaria may have no evidence linking Hezbullah to Burgas attack

Bulgarian authorities have apparently not been able to connect Hezbullah to a terror attack against an Israeli tour bus in July 2012. Five Israeli tourists and a Bulgarian bus driver were murdered in the attack. The failure to make a connection makes it more likely that the European Union will not name a Hezbullah a designated terror organization since France will not go along with the move
