Iran's new condition for nuclear talks: Drop sanctions

If this is not a bluff and Iran is serious, I would say that it is unlikely that the P5+1 talks are going to resume anytime soon. Iranian MP Alaeddin Boroujerdi, Chairman of the Iranian Parliament's National Security and Foreign Policy Commission, told Iran's FARS news agency on Wednesday that Iran will not resume nuclear talks with any western country that is maintaining sanctions against it.
