Rep. Allen West demands recount in St. Lucie County

Representative Allen West (R-Fl), who was declared the loser in his reelection bid by about 2,500 votes, is demanding a full recount in St. Lucie County, one of three counties his district includes. He has filed a lawsuit, and it sounds like he has a good case.
