Helsinki Jews warned not to wear skullcaps
The security officer who serves the Jewish community of Helsinki, Finland has advised members of the community not to wear yarmulkas (skullcaps) lest they attract anti-Semitic attacks. The city averages 6-10 anti-Semitic attacks monthly.
