Hamas says truce at midnight, but in meantime building hit in Rishon LeTzion, one seriously hurt in Ashkelon

Hamas says that a truce will go into effect at midnight, but in the meantime, a rocket has struck a building in Rishon LeTziyon (one person lightly injured) and one person has been seriously injured in a rocket strike in Ashkelon.

Now Hamas says that truce will be declared in an hour, and the IDF has warned residents of northern Gaza to evacuate. Hamas told them to stay put.
