Since the disappearance of the status of teachers and internship supervisors externship
(MI-SE) in the early 2000s, the personal situation of school life has only gotten worse.
Yet mobilizations emerge. ---- In Education, the youth employment contracts have succeeded
in supporting employment (CAE), which are themselves transformed into single contracts
insertion (CUI), when in parallel were created new statutes: wizards school life (AVS),
jobs school life (EVS), teaching assistants (PAs) or teaching assistants (EDA) ... ----
Same reality: the precariousness ---- In fact, whatever the names of these contracts
school life, the same domineering common: precarious employment and human rights
increasingly cropped, both in terms of wages schedules. Another factor contributing to the
instability of these personnel is their dependence on leaders who in certain circumstances
do not hesitate to turn into real HRD. At the time of MI-SE was the rectors who recruited
and affected candidates.

Today, there are institutions that directly recruit these personnel on the basis of an
interview. Contracts are renewed every year, in many cases, AED, AP, CUI, AVS have no
other choice but to be discreet and docile if they and they intend to be renewed the next
school year.

For a few months, however, the machine knows some precarious failures. It is by dint of
being discredited, over-exploited and victims of arbitrary managerial many principals, by
dint of being treated like little handkerchiefs that are thrown as soon as the school year
ended the precarious eventually balk.

Faced with arbitrary strength

A group of precarious Gard

rights, we established since March 2012 a Collective precarious Gard. Our collective is
open to all and all insecure but also actors and actresses of Education regardless of
their status. Decisions and actions are so self-managed according to the principles of
direct democracy.

Our Collective aims to make information on the rights of personal type of contract by
contract type. He especially role create a link between insecure who are too often
forgotten by the teachers union structures.

Allow the contact is already convince us that we are not alone in facing the uncertainties
of tomorrow. Convince us that the individual questions such as "my contract expires June

the same group of disabled child in a special school .

Our collective has finally ultimate goal of contributing, in conjunction with others of
the same kind in other departments, to create the conditions for a coordinated movement of
those who while often "invisible" to the other staff and management, are indispensable for
the proper functioning of any school. Mobilization to build so that could lead (as was the
