David Pettegrew's excellent blog Corinthian Matters has since the beginning of 2011 had a monthly feature entitled:

which summarizes newly appeared scholarship on Corinth and Corinthia. Some of it is open access, all of it is useful.

There is now a Zotero Group for Corinthian Studies
The Corinthian Studies Zotero Group is devoted to scholarship on the history, archaeology, natural environment, and religion of the city and region. As of October 11, 2012, the Corinthian Studies group library contains 1,535 bibliographic items related to Corinthian studies.The library is divided into two collections: I. Archaeology and History; and II. Early Christian Studies. The former is sub-divided into collections for Corinth, Isthmia, and the Corinthia (the broader region); the latter is sub-divided into collections for 1 Corinthians, 2 Corinthians, Paul and Early Christianity, and Patristic studies. Additionally, the Archaeology & History and Early Christian Studies collections contain sub-folders devoted to a) recent scholarship and b) all articles and books (unsorted).
