In the words of the Moyers TV programme:

(2) the stake of corporate interests in promoting CIA covert operations around the world - such as the large 1980s CIA operation in Afghanistan.
(3) North’s Doomsday Project planning to 'suspend the U.S. Constitution.'

DeHaven-Smith's list of State Crimes includes "the secret wars in Laos and Cambodia."
However, at least one of deHaven-Smith's SCADs - the JFK assassination - "might more logically be considered a crime against the state, rather than by it."
