Riverside Place: Chicken Of The Woods

Photo: Diane Edwardson, September 23, 2012.  A rather large and scenic Chicken of the Woods fungus sprouted on a tree trunk between the end of Riverside Place and Red Car Canyon.  It could last a few days to a few weeks.  (Click on photo to enlarge.)
