Revival of boat refugee route from Turkey to Greece?‏

On 6 September, a boat with 102 people on board crashed into the rocks and sank of the coast of Turkey south of Izmir, around 60 people died, mostly women and children who were allegedly  locked under deck.
On 7, 8 and 9 September, one boat per day was apprehended by the Turkish coast guard, one near Marmaris with 39 people (Palestine, Iran, Afghanistan) on board, allegedly sinking; one from Didim south of Izmir with 28 people (Palestine, Iran, Ivory Coast) and another from Küyükkuju, north of Izmir with 39 people on board.

All this is based on various mostly Turkish news; is there any further verification for this?
On the Turkish Sky TV Turkey Mevlütcayuso Cavusoglu, president of Council of Europe, lamented that these smugglers are terrorists and should be punished severely (7/9) (not sure I heard such nonsense before, does anybody know more about this guy?)
These events coincide with the intensified controls of the Turkish-Greek land borders and people are now forced again to take the more risky sea route again.
Are there any reports on recent arrivals on the Greek islands? Do some boats still make it, despite these apprehensions? Is anybody currently watching or even acting on these events?
