Dear comrades, at our annual anarchist festival Black Petrograd this year we want to unite
several anarchist groups in different countries via internet. We are planning to do it as
Skype video conference. At a certain time interested people will gather at their clubs,
social centers, squats and in turns they will introduce themselves and answer questions in
real time. ---- For this you only need Skype, a projector and maybe a microphone that
people can pass around. ---- Black Petrograd is held in the beginning of November to mark
birthday of Nestor Makhno (Nov.7). Let us celebrate it together!
