Temperate and humid, in the southwestern municipality of Cundinamarca Mesitas, were the
stage of completion of the eighth meeting of the Libertarian Red Popular Mateo Kramer.
They came together the 13 groups that make up the network to analyze the local and
national political moment, to form collectively, clarities build organizational and
project work next semester. Aware of the opportunities of the moment and the structural
situation of the country's 13 groups that integrate the network agreed that: ----Our
political horizon is making this a decent life for the country, and we do so from the
youth organization. ----Currently there is a hegemonic bloc division of power between a
sector led by Uribe Uribe and doctrinaire, and other industry represented by Santos and
National Unity Alliance.
This division, which has roots economic, political and ideological crisis of governance
evidence of Colombian political regime led by the ruling classes. In this division by the
emergence of new political forces: "We the Word" and Progressive, which despite its
alleged alternativity and independence, offer a choice of either country that takes as its
central objective dignified life for the Colombian people. So more than ever it is
necessary for a unit bet all popular sectors, social and political changes that will allow
us to continue to build popular power.
- We confirm our membership as urban-youth-organization popular scenarios proposed
construction of youth: Youth Coordinator October 3 and National Youth Fabric Transforming
Society (TEJUNTAS), and from these joint spaces in national popular movement such as the
Minga of Social and Community Resistance and the Peoples Congress because we believe that
the unit is built from the ground up in the joint. However it is a complex process that
requires efforts of all parties, but justified in the possibility of real progress towards
equity country. The relationship between social movements and political movement is one of
the central arguments in the current unitary process. On the way to build unity and
strengthen the call for the popular movement participation in the days of mobilization
October.
- Continuing the development of the Campaign for the "lack of control" as an expression
against militarization that allows us, through the disinformation and joint working with
other expressions related issues, building new imagery, new values ??and new ways of
seeing life, in the midst of a war in which the use of the mass media is focused on the
creation of perspectives prone to militaristic and neoliberal policies.
- We believe that the construction of peace and a just and dignified is the most radical
critique of capitalist militarization. In this regard we confirm our participation in the
Congress for Peace, a scenario that is being driven by the Peoples Congress and other
social and political organizations. The bet peacebuilding through the political solution
to the social and armed conflict, is akin to pave the way to our political horizon.
- Our libertarian feeling expressed in context recognizing the contributions of Latin
American liberation praxis that builds on specific dynamics of oppression and multiple
forms of freedom collectively build roads, always bearing in mind that the construction is
essentially otrxs. We affirm that the construction of popular power is liberating in
itself because it is a process that aims at building people's collective and authoritarian
social structures. The horizontal and anti-authoritarianism, self-management,
antipatriarcado, popular environmentalism and anti-capitalism are proposed, a bet, but
also a path.
