Some regions suffer from water deficit.
Moreover, the plans to develop agriculture, to increase production of food, and biomass for biotechnology, for biofuel (biodiesel), as well plans to increase industrial production, to increase hi-technology will be impremented only in the case of increasing use of good water. Good water means water of good water quality.
