usually it is thought that the most dangerous effects of chemical poppution of water is killing aquatic life - no longer is it so: some sublethal effects of water pollutants are as dangerous as lethal impact
do not look upwards to locate some angels (speaking figuratively, metaforically) who keep safety and stability of our world, but look downward...
if you want to protect water quality in a water body or a stream, the first thing you have to start with is... protecting biodiversity (aquatic life, organisms) in this water object;
