How do we channel a constituency of schooled but largely unemployable graduates, a ticking time bomb of restful youth into a culture of production? Not by seeking suspect, agenda laden advice from elsewhere, but by matching developmental needs which include agricultural/commodity processing;cultural/artistic production; manufacturing/tech enterprises with those who have the ability to carry it out.
A productive class along these lines is emerging, it exists but needs further support. Lets strengthen these islands of potential and quicken the bootstrapping process.
