Toshiba Announces Three 1.75um Pixel Sensors

Toshiba announces 3 sensors based on 1.75um pixels: 2MP (1600x1200) T4K28 with integrated ISP, 1080p30 T4K24 with no ISP, and 720p30 T4K08 with ISP. The sensors are targeted to camera phones and webcams.
