Library to Host Reading and Signing of Fracking Book

The
Tompkins County Public Library will host journalist Tom Wilber for a reading
and signing of his recently-released book “Under the Surface:  Fracking,
Fortunes and the Fate of the Marcellus Shale,” May 17 at 6 p.m. in the
