Waar: Buurthuis De Pit, Pleinstraat 108, 3001 Leuven (bij Tiensepoort)
Op de agenda o.a.:
- Praktische planning en afspraken rond het kamp
- Verdeling van taken en rollen
- Verdere mobilisatie
We werken zowel in werkgroepen als plenair. Niet te missen voor iedereen die een actie rol wil spelen tijdens het klimaatactiekamp (3 tot 8 augustus, Leuven)
Iedereen die graag meer aan de weet wil komen over het kamp is daarna welkom op het infomoment, met drankjes en veganfood.

The big preparatory meeting of the
Climate Action Camp 2012
Saturday 9 june, from 10.30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Followed by an infosession with drinks and veganfood (at 5 p.m.)
Where?: Buurthuis De Pit, Pleinstraat 108, 3001 Leuven (close to Tiensepoort)
On the (open) agenda:
- Practical planning and arrangements for the camp
- Divisions of tasks and roles on the camp
- The further mobilisation
We will work in workinggroups as well as in plenary. This will be an important meeting for everybody who wants to play an active role during the camp (3 – 8 august, Louvain).
The infosession that starts at 5 p.m. at the same place is open for everybody who wants to know more about the Climate Action Camp of 2012. Welcome (with drinks and veganfood)!

Où: Maison de quartier De Pit, Pleinstraat 108, 3001 Louvain (près de ‘Tiensepoort’)
Orde du jour (ouvert):
- Préparation concrète du camp et tous les détails pratiques
- Division des tâches et rôles au camp
- La mobilisation
Réunion plénière et groupes de travail. Pour tout-le-monde qui veut jouer un rôle actif dans le camp de 2012 (de 3 à 8 aout à Louvain).
Vers 17h il y aura une session d’information ouverte à tout-le-monde qui veut avoir plus d’info sur le camp (avecdes boissons et un repas végan). Soyez bienvenu(e)s !
