The Girl Scout Cookie order has arrived. I am having tagalongs for lunch.

For 100 years the Girl Scout organization has been at the front line of instilling confidence and skill and pride in young women. I know women who were Girl Scouts, for some reason they are the cream of the crop. If any parent was truly wise and had a daughter, they would sign their daughter up for Girl Scouts . I have three sisters who were girl scouts, a wife who was and a daughter who was. Each of them is a rock solid person of accomplishment. How is that, it can't be coincidence.

I hear people complain about Girl Scout Cookies, they cost too much, they are too small, there are not enough of them. You aren't buying cookies, you are buying the future.

On a personal level I loved Boy Scouts and the Boy Scout program, but they can't hold a candle to the Girl Scouts in their ability to mold people for our future.

I am having tagalongs for desert.
