Ora, é um verniz transparente que se aplica por cima de outro e tira-lhe o brilho, tornando-o baço. Pode parecer um pouco estranho, mas eu acho muito interessante (o verniz é da Cliché e custa 1,30eur). Vejam estas imagens:
Today I bought a top coat matte. I had already seen it in the fashion world but I've only decided to try it now. Well, it's a nail polish that you apply above another and it'll make it dull. It might sound a little weird, but I find it very interesting. Check out these photos:

Desta coleção apenas tenho o 4º (comprei hoje) e o último (Hollywood), que é preto com brilhantes azuis.
From this colection, I only have the fourth one (the one I bought today) and the last one (Hollywood), which is black with blue glitter.
